MEETING NOTICE

ELECTIONS COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ELECTIONS COMMISSION

will be meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room #130 at

Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan

The purpose of the meeting is to approve precincts, the absent voter ballot early tabulation

and to delegate Election Commission duties to the City Clerk and her authorized assistants

for the November 3, 2026 General Election.
